In his 30 years of management experience, Mr. Drutin has served as CEO of FST Biometrics, Chief Customer Officer for Allot, and Bizdev Director for Broadcom’s Microwave business following the acquisition of Provigent, where he was SVP Worldwide Sales. Mr. Drutin also held GM, VP and other positions for AudioCodes, Cisco and Digital.
Mr. Drutin holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University in Information Systems & Marketing, and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion.
Mr. Wulkan has more than 30 years experience in the telecom industry. Prior to founding NovelSat in 2007, he served as CEO, VP R&D, VP Sales & Marketing, and VP Corporate M&A at companies such Audiocodes, Comverse and Tadiran. He has been awarded five patents and has several others pending.
Mr. Wulkan holds a BSc (Cum Laude) from the Technion as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He has personally been awarded five patents with several more pending.
Mrs. Lurie is a CFO with vast experience in both large multinationals and start-ups. In addition to her CFO capacity, she is responsible for HR, Legal, IT and serves as Secretary of the Board. Previously, Ms. Lurie served in a senior finance positions in HP Enterprise Services and Ness Technologies.
Ms. Lurie earned both her BA and MBA in Finance and Marketing from Hebrew University
Mr. Vidal brings over 15 years of experience developing cutting-edge communication systems, including Optical, Wireless, Cellular and Wired systems/modems. Prior to joining NovelSat, he led the modem core technology group at Multiphy, yielding 2 state-of-the-art ASICs. At ASOCS he led the development of wireless modems. At Texas Instruments, Or developed ASICs for Gigabit Ethernet and Wireless LAN.
Mr. Vidal holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Birman is a senior operations executive with over 15 years of strategic and hands-on management experience in global high-tech companies including Tower Semiconductor, MRV Communications and ECI Telecom. He has vast experience with supply chain management in the communication and semiconductor industries.
Zohar holds a B.Sc in industrial engineering from Ruppin Academic Center.
Mr. Ram is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience as developer and system architect of complex multi-disciplinary systems. Hes written over 20 patents and contributed to international standardization activities at IETF and IEEE. Mr. Ram held key positions at the Israel Intelligence Technology unit, Orckit Corrigent, LiveU and AGT International.
Mr. Ronai is a seasoned telecom executive with over 20 years’ experience in telecom industry leadership roles. Prior to joining NovelSat, Mr. Ronai headed marketing and business development at Gilat Satellite Networks. Earlier, he served as head of microwave business development at Broadcom following the acquisition of Provigent where he served as VP Marketing. Mr. Ronai also served as CMO at Ceragon Networks and VP Marketing at ECI Telecom.
Mr. Ronai holds an MBA and a B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
